The user is responsible for correctly indicating the delivery address of the order. In case of indicating the address incorrectly, Protella ® will try to contact the user and solve the error, but declines all responsibility derived from these errors by the user.
The delivery time, which in any case will be indicative, will be indicated at the time of placing the order. Protella ® is not responsible for any delay caused by external causes.
In the event of a product failure or error, the user must notify our customer service team (email@example.com) and they will be given the option of keeping the product wrong and refund your order money for your inconvenience.
