RECIPE: FIT STUFFED PUMPS šŸ©

We wanted to call these stuffed saloons "fit stuffed bombs" because they are an explosion of flavor and also healthy, it is a dessert without sugar and protein, which is prepared with few ingredients and in a jiffy. This wonderful idea is from the lovely dietician @crislofit šŸ‘ˆ

To give them a further touch, we have filled them with our protein creams and covered with dark chocolate, but you could eat them as they are without filling them or accompany them with any of our nut cream, chocolate or jam with no added sugar.

It's the yummiest thing you'll taste in a long time! It is so healthy because of its ingredients, but also because they are cooked in the oven, so we avoid the typical fried foods of classic saloons.

INGREDIENTS:

For the doughšŸ‘‡

  • 120 gr of Cookie Oatmeal

  • 3 eggs

  • 50 g approx. vegetable drink or milk

  • 10 gr of yeast

  • 1 tbsp erythritol or other sweetener

For coverage and fillingšŸ‘‡

  • Dark chocolate 70%

  • Your favorite Protella

ELABORATION:

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the dough until you get a homogeneous texture.

  2. Pour the dough into a silicone mold in the shape of a saloon.

  3. Bake the saloons for 15-18 minutes at 180 degrees.

  4. Fill the hole with your favorite protein cream.

  5. Chill for 5 minutes in the fridge.

  6. Melt the dark chocolate and bathe the saloons completely.

We'll put these bombs in the fridge until the chocolate hardens. And that's it! We recommend you take them out for a while before consuming, so that the chocolate warms up a bit and is not so cold.
