How much are the shipping costs?
SPAIN
-FREE above orders of +19€
Otherwise it is €3.95 for shipping costs for Spain including the Balearic and Canary Islands.
Options include: MRW and Correos Express.
EUROPE
-FREE above orders of +100€
Otherwise:
-UPS EUROPE: €8.99 shipping costs to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom and Portugal.
-UPS EUROPE 2: €14.99 shipping costs to the Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein and Poland.
-UPS EUROPE 3: €19.99 shipping costs to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia and Sweden.
How long will my order take?
SPAIN: 1-4 business days.
EUROPE: 2-7 business days.
If for any reason the order is should delay, we will contact you to notify you.
Once the order has been placed, it is not allowed to make any changes to the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and be expressly accepted by both parties.
Do you ship outside of Europe?
This option is not currently available. But you can contact us through the email online@protella.com and we will find a better way to send you your order.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
Sure! We will send you a confirmation email after placing your order. If you think the money has been withdrawn from your bank account and you haven't received a confirmation email, check your SPAM folder.
Can I choose another billing address?
Of course! During the purchase process you can choose "Use a different billing address", where you can enter a different billing address.
How can I track my order?
When the package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link to track the shipment. By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the website of the responsible shipping company and the tracking information for your order will appear.
Please note that the tracking link is only activated in the moment when the courier has received the package.
Can I cancel my order?
That depends on the shipping status. Please contact our customer service (online@protella.com) as soon as possible and have your order number to hand. Once the order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
How to redeem a discount coupon or promotional code?
Access the cart and enter your code or coupon in the corresponding box and click "Use".
