Los Protein Rolls de black cookies son unas neulas rellenas de un delicioso chocolate de black cookies. Son una opción para saciar el hambre entre horas y de una manera más saludable ya que son sin azúcares añadidos y contienen una fuente de proteína.
Además no lleva aceite de palma.
Ingredientes: Edulcorante: maltitol 35%, harina de trigo (tipo 650), aceite de karité, suero de leche concentrado de proteínas de suero WPC 70 (de leche) 10%, leche desnatada en polvo, aceite de girasol, suero desmineralizado en polvo (de leche)
leche entera en polvo, aroma, emulsionante: lecitina (de soja), color: carbón vegetal.
Alérgenos: gluten, leche, soja, cacahuetes y otros frutos secos.

How do you sweeten your products if they do not contain added sugars?
We use maltitol, which is a carbohydrate that is produced from maltose, which is derived from natural starch (wheat, tapioca or corn). It is almost 90% as sweet as sugar but unlike this, it has a much lower caloric value and a lower glycemic index. Maltitol has approximately 2 kilocalories per gram, compared to 4 kilocalories per gram for sugar.
