What are the shipping costs?

EUROPE

-FREE for orders over +100€

Otherwise:

-UPS EUROPE: 8.99€ shipping costs to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom and Portugal.

-UPS EUROPE 2: 14.99€ shipping costs to the Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein and Poland.

-UPS EUROPE 3: 19.99€ shipping costs to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Serbia and Sweden.

How long will my order take?

EUROPE: 2-7 working days.

If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know.

Once the order has been placed, it is not permitted to make any changes to the delivery address, unless the customer bears the costs and it is expressly accepted by both parties.


Do you ship outside Europe?

At the moment this option is not available. But you can contact us at online@protella.com and we will find the best way to get your order to you.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

Of course! We will send you a confirmation email after you have placed your order. If you think the money has been withdrawn from your bank account and you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder.

Can I choose another billing address?

Of course you can! During the checkout process you can choose "Use a different billing address", where you can enter a different billing address.

How can I track my order?

When your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link to your shipment. By clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the website of the responsible courier company and the tracking information of your order will be displayed, please note that the tracking link is only activated as soon as the courier has received the parcel.

Can I cancel my order?

This depends on the status of the shipment. Please contact our customer service (online@protella.com) as soon as possible and have your order number ready. Once the order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to redeem a discount coupon or promotional code?

Go to the shopping cart and enter your code or voucher in the appropriate box and click "Use".

If I have a problem with the shipment, what can I do?
